    • If you can remember your log in the system can email you your password.
    • Just click on "Forgot Your password?" below the log in button. Enter your login and email address and click the "Submit request" button.
    • If you can't remember your login then send us an email to: info@SynergyStreetTRADE.com We'll send both your log in and password to you.
    • We recommend that you use your email as your log in.
  • 3. How do I list a product or service for sale?
    • Log in. Go to the "Quick links" box on the left and click on "Sell".
    • Under the "Add New Offer" there are 5 categories. Select the category for your listing that is applicable. (For most this will be "add item").
    • Complete the listing form in as much detail as possible. The more info you can provide the better people will understand and have an interest in your listing.
    • SOME ADDITIONAL HELPS FOR LISTINGS:
    1. Item name and short description need to stay within the character limits to be accepted.
    2. In the "Full Description" box, list as much detail as you think is necessary for members to know about your product or service and how to contact you. List your website or blog, email, telephone, etc. and any particulars about what you're selling. Tell them what you think you'd want to know yourself!
    3. Check the "Featured Item" box for more exposure on the website.
    4. Most people will list their items for 90-180 days. You choose the timeframe for your listing.
    5. Price should be your standard retail cash price, (unless you want to sell it for less). Inflating prices above retail is strictly prohibited and cause for membership cancelation,(see trading rules).
    6. Unit type is usually something like: per hour, per month, per session, etc. This is the description of the unit of what you're selling.
    7. Location is generally your city or area.
    8. Be sure to keep the images you upload to 180x200 (or close to it) so they show up well!
    9. Remember to click on the "Save changes" button at the bottom. You're good-to-go! (If you don't complete the listing form properly and in detail, you'll be notified and you'll have to upload the images again before you save.
  • 4. How do I make a purchase?
    • In order to make a purchase you must first have trade credits in your account. After someone has purchased a product or service from you and you have trade credits in your account you may buy any product or service listed in the online exchange, provided you have sufficient credits for the purchase.
    • Once logged in, go to the Quick links and click on "Buy" or go to the "Browse" tab in the top navigation bar. Either of these will take you to the online marketplace categorized listings.
    • After navigating through the items, select the product or service you wish to purchase and click on "Add to cart". From the "Pending Trades" shopping cart you may continue shopping or check out. Once you click on "Check out", you have purchased the item.
  • 5. I want to buy something but I haven't sold anything yet. Can this be done?
    • On a case-by-case basis SynergyStreetTRADE may extend a short-term line of credit to members who have a product or service of high value to the community. If you want to apply for a line of credit, log in, go to Quick links and click on "Account". At your account home page, under the category "Account", click on "Apply for additionaly credit". A SynergyStreetTRADE broker will contacted you to discuss your request.

  • 6. I made a purchase but I haven't heard from the seller yet. How do I contact them?
    • All of your transactions are recorded in your account. Log in, go to "Account" and then to "Transactions" then "Transaction History".
    • Select the month and year of your purchase. All of the details of the purchase for each party, both buyer and seller are listed there. Included are names, addressed, telephone numbers and emails.
    • Contact the seller and make arrangements for delivery of your product or service.
  • 7. How do I find a particular member or product if I don't see them listed in the "Browse" link?
    • Go to the Quick links and click on "Directory". There you can search by Company/Keyword, Category, Area Code, State/Province or Country.
  • 8. I don't see the product or service listed that I'm looking for. Any suggestions?
    • Yes. Go to the Quick links, and click on "Wants". Click on "Add a Want", and list the details of the product or service you're looking for.
    • It's also good to check the "Wants" category to see what others are looking for. Who know's, you may just have it and you're ready to trade. Simply contact them and make the connection!
